"When our food products were first envisioned, the parameters were a diet of wholesome food made with fresh and organic natural ingredients, free of meat, dairy and trans fats and prepared using proper utensils and cooking methods."

Adhering to the requirements, our chefs developed "transitional" food, the first completely vegan food influenced by flavors of many cultures, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, Middle Eastern and African American. Using special blends of spices, these very talented innovators created delicious dishes selected for the retail food line: Heavenly Sweet Potato Pie, Divine Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake, Savory Broccoli Quiche and Supreme Biscuits.

An unexpected boon resulted. By integrating organic, kosher, and vegan dietary and cultural requirements, they created a cuisine "greater than the sum of its parts." Delicious and healthy in the extreme.
